Cookie Policy
This site keeps cookies to a minimum. No advertising cookies are used, no data is sold, and analytics cookies are set only after you have accepted them.
Third-party analytics entries are listed as configured. Any provider not switched on before launch should be removed from this list.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies — such as local storage — are covered by this policy where they are used for the same purposes.
2. Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to work and are set without consent, as permitted under the ePrivacy rules.
- ardaron_consent — records whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so we do not ask again on every page. First-party. Retention: 6 months.
3. Analytics (consent required)
These are set only if you select “Accept analytics” in the banner. They tell us which pages are read, how visitors arrive and where they leave — nothing more.
- Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) — aggregated audience and page-level measurement. Third-party: Google. Retention: up to 14 months. IP addresses are anonymised and Google Signals / advertising features are disabled.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (li_sugr, bcookie, lidc, UserMatchHistory) — measures visits arriving from LinkedIn campaigns and company-level interest. Third-party: LinkedIn. Retention: up to 6 months. [Enabled only if LinkedIn campaigns are running.]
4. Changing your choice
You can change your decision at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of every page. You can also delete cookies and block them entirely through your browser settings — the site will continue to work normally without analytics cookies.
5. Third-party processing
Where analytics cookies are used, the relevant provider processes data as described in its own privacy documentation. Data may be transferred outside the EEA and the UK under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
